Jade / Green Oolong

Lightly oxidised and unroasted, jade oolongs sit at the greener, more delicate end of the oolong spectrum - floral, fresh and complex in a way that green tea rarely matches. Ours range from Uncle Lin's classic Mingjian oolong and our award-winning Empirical Oolong to a rare seaside Gunko from Pingtung and Ms Jin's vacuum-aged Alishan jade from 2016.
