This rare tea is made on the mountainsides of Pingtung that face the sea.
CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING
Rolled into pearls, this tea is lightly oxidised and considered a green or jade oolong. There is saltiness in its flavour, and it is slightly umami, reminiscent of Japanese green tea.
