What Is Four Seasons Pearl Oolong? Four Seasons (Si Ji Chun) is a cultivar prized for its year-round harvest and consistently floral character. This pearl oolong sits at the greener, unroasted end of the oolong spectrum - lighter and more aromatic than roasted oolongs like Dong Ding, with a complexity that green tea rarely matches. Multiple steeps: Pearl oolong is designed to be re-steeped 3–5 times, with the flavour evolving across each infusion.

• Steep time: 1–2 minutes for the first steep; increase slightly for subsequent steeps
