Direct from a farming friend in Thailand, we bring you this butterfly pea flower creates a deep, dark blue colour in boiling water.

Reeves' Recommended Uses

Add 3-4 flowers to hot water for blue effect. The deep blue colour takes about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally will speed the process. Honey . Add lemon to change liquid to violet.

It is possible to put the flowers in cold water for the blue effect. Add 6-7 flowers per litre bottle. Leave overnight.

Natural colouring for various products.

Can be used as a natural clothing dye.
