Direct from a farming friend in Thailand, we have powderised the butterfly pea flower, bringing you this highly concentrated powder that brews into a deep, dark blue. This powder works instantly in hot water, much faster than steeping whole flowers. If desired, you can impress your friends by transforming the blue liquid to purple simply by adding lemon and other acidic liquids.

Reeves' Recommended Uses

Dissolve ¼ teaspoon of tea powder into hot water for blue effect. Add lemon to change liquid to violet. Some sediment may remain.
