CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING

This tea is produced in a classic rolled pearl oolong style typical in Nantou then heavily baked in an electric oven.

TEA BREWING GUIDE

95°C, 3g per 200ml cup, 3-4 min on the first brew. This tea may be infused several times - you may use shorter brew times after the first brew.
