Dong Ding "Frozen Summit" is one of Taiwan's most celebrated classic oolongs, grown in the Lugu region of Nantou County and defined by its roast. Light roasting reveals orchid, citrus and cream; medium brings osmanthus honey and peach; heavy roasting produces our award-winning dark roast with rich butterscotch depth. Sourced directly from our farming friends in Lugu, and available as a tasting flight across all three levels if you want to taste roasting in action.
