Award-Winning Wenshan Bao Zhong/Pouchong - Single Estate Premium Oolong with aromatic floral notes, honey sweetness and persimmon and grapefruit flavour
This tea comes from one of Oma Lin’s family friends that we work with in Northern Taiwan. The family has been making tea for more than 50 years or at least as long as they have been neighbours with Oma Lin. The garden is located in New Taipei City at around 300-600 m elevation.
CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING
The handpicked leaves have a twisted shape and are lightly oxidised.
This tea from Spring 2017 has been aged under vacuum.
