Aged and Baked Four Season Oolong with notes of toast and earthiness
- Directly sourced from Mr. Chen's garden in Hsinchu, Taiwan
- Season: Harvested in Winter
- Baked every year since 2012, then aged in a clay vessel
- Whole loose-leaf tea
- Handpicked, partially oxidised
- Tasting notes: slight toastiness, earthy flavour
- Aged and made from a Chin Shin cultivar
ORIGIN
This oolong is grown in Mr Chen’s garden, which is located in Hsinchu. Mr. Chen's father was producing tea before he took over.
CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING
This tea was harvested in 2012. It was baked and partially oxidised into a red water oolong. Every year, the tea is baked. It has been aged in a clay vessel.
