CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING
This oolong tea comes from the farming cooperative that our 4th generation family tea farm is a part of in Nantou, Taiwan.
Most Four Seasons oolong teas from Taiwan come rolled into tight pearls. This tea is unusual because the dry leaves are open and reveal colour variations from yellow, olive green, sage green, lime green and brown.
TEA BREWING GUIDE
90-95°C, 3g per 200ml cup, 2-3 min. We find that this tea brews slightly more quickly than its rolled pearl counterparts which need more time for the dried leaves to open.
