Tie Guan Yin - Iron Goddess of Mercy - is one of China and Taiwan's most revered oolong cultivars. Ours is sourced from Muzha in northern Taiwan, handpicked and roasted in a style that produces tightly rolled pearls with a rich, caramelised liquor and notes of osmanthus, peach and white flowers.
