Ms Jin’s Aged Handpicked Alishan Jade Oolong – Spring 2016. A Premium Single Estate oolong – floral, citrusy and smooth
Unlike milk or golden daylily oolongs, this oolong is considered a jade oolong in our collection because of the cultivar used. Grown in higher elevation by Ms Jin and her family farm, this tea makes for a delicate and smooth oolong with floral and herbal notes. We suspect that the herbal notes come from the Jin family's neighbouring ginger farm. We have tasted this tea every year while aging it, and the age creates more depth into its flavour.
