Format: 300 mL Glass Bottle.

Mellow, slightly sweet, and complex, this soy sauce is naturally brewed and made from Taiwanese tea beans grown in Kaohsiung. Made using Taiwan's native citrus "citrus depressa". Tea beans are brown in appearance and are smaller than traditional soybeans but are rich in flavour. During the brewing process, excessive fats and oils from the tea beans are removed, resulting in an extremely refreshing and light flavour profile. This product is vegan.
