This exceptionally creamy milk oolong is handpicked from Lishan mountain, which is part of the Tri-mountain National Scenic Area in Taiwan. Neighbouring Alishan mountain, Lishan is known for its production of apples, pears, and peaches.

The tea has rich creamy and buttery note to it.

ORIGIN

This tea is harvested from a farm that is at an elevation of about 2000 m.

CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING

This Lishan is a classic, traditional Taiwanese tea with an exceptional milky flavour. Handpicked, this tea has lovely large whole leaves and is rolled into large pearls. This tea is made from the Jin Xuan cultivar.
