This tea comes from the factory that is down the road from our farms.
ORIGIN
Sourced from one of our neighbouring farms in Mingjian, a well-known tea village 500m above sea level in Nantou, Taiwan. This tea is scented with Taiwanese jasmine buds that are added and then removed during processing. There is a complex jasmine aroma that complements the natural floral note of four seasons oolong.
CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING
The Four Seasons cultivar creates an oolong that is naturally sweet and smooth. During processing this tea is mixed with Taiwanese-grown jasmine flower, and the flower is removed. A few buds can be found within the tea. Stems and buds can be found in this tea, along with jasmine flower.

90-95°C, 3g per 200ml cup, 3 min.
This tea may be infused several times - you may use shorter brew times after the first brew.
SIMILAR TEAS
You can compare this tea to Uncle Lin’s Four Seasons Oolong which has not been mixed with jasmine flowers and grown in close proximity to this tea garden. Or compare it to Uncle Lin's Chin Shin Oolong, which is made from another cultivar.
