We are featuring this tea until our limited stocks run out because of its unique features exhibiting the Taiwanese cultivar, TTES #17. The tea is a highly oxidised oolong, nearing a black tea.
ORIGIN
This single-origin tea comes from a tea farm from Chiang Rai, Thailand.
TEA-BREWING GUIDE
We recommend the Gaiwan brewing to enhance its flavour. You may brew this tea several times.
Gaiwan: In gaiwan, use 4-8g of tea. Brew with 85°C water (preferably filtered) for 3-5 mins.
Mug: Put 6g of tea in an infuser, brew with 85°C water (preferably filtered) for 2-3 mins.
Cold Brew: Use 12-15g of tea in a bottle with 600ml room temperat
