Thailand Jin Xuan Sticky Rice Tea
We are featuring this tea until our limited stocks run out because of its unique features exhibiting the Taiwanese cultivar, Jin Xuan, and its unique scent. Sticky rice is used to scent the oolong.

This single-origin tea comes from a tea farm from Chiang Rai, Thailand.
TEA-BREWING GUIDE
We recommend the Gaiwan brewing to enhance its flavour. You may brew this tea several times.
Gaiwan: In gaiwan, use 4-8g of tea. Brew with 85°C water (preferably filtered) for 3-5 mins.
Mug: Put 6g of tea in an infuser, brew with 85°C water (preferably filtered) for 2-3 mins.
