Take a tour of Taiwan's black teas. In this experience, you can taste and compare famous Taiwanese black tea types, sometimes referred to as red teas. Each tea is handpicked from single estates.

ORIGIN

Sun Moon Lake is a region of Taiwan known for black tea. Our Sun Moon Lake teas are directly sourced from a single-estate farmer in the region.

Uncle's Lin's tea is sourced from Marulin's fourth-generation 2.7-acre tea farm located in Mingjian, a well-known tea village 500m above sea level in Nantou, Taiwan. The soil on our farm is dark red and iron-rich.

CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING

These are hand-picked teas from Spring, and produced with a twisted leaf. Care has been taken to preserve the twisted leaves.

TEA BREWING GUIDE

95°C, 3g per 200ml cup, 3 min on the first brew. These teas may be infused several times - you may use shorter brew times after the first brew.
